By accessing and using the Academy of Hadith and its Sciences (AHS) eLearning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Free courses may have limited access. Paid course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, texts, quizzes, and certificates, is the intellectual property of AHS Academy and its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the platform respectfully and not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download or redistribute course content
• Engage in disruptive or harmful behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing all course requirements. Certificates may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

AHS Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
